My name is Sophie and as the Founder of ROAR-VA, I am committed to ensuring our services are quality driven to align with our clients values. My passion to provide exemplary virtual assistant services to business leaders and entrepreneurs has been driven by my very successful management career.
With over 20 years experience in senior management and administration roles, I have always been the 'go to' person for company CEO's and Directors.
Very early on in my career, working as an office junior for an established membership organization, my ability to transform business processes and engage key stakeholders was quickly noticed by board members. Mentored by senior business leaders in the industry and membership association, my management career sky rocketed from there.
My successful career in the corporate and 'non-profit' field inspired me to start my own venture. ROAR-VA is built on a foundation of business and leadership experience and a firm understanding of what makes successful business leaders tick.
